Excerpt 9: Heart Communication

 As Arcturians we each know where we stand with each other through our energy. We communicate with each other, Galactic Beings, Archangels, Ascended Masters etc. through the energy of our heart centre. Many on your planet can also do this. They are born this way, though it’s a skill that can be learned. Many of you who identify with this will call it both a blessing and a curse. 

The word empath or clairsentient are used to describe this ability. We have faith that in the decades to come many more in your society will have evolved to communicate in this way. You will begin to see the energy of someone's heart and this will be the same as shaking hands and introducing yourself. 

Heart communication, though, is a more honest approach. There is no lying or deception when you can see and feel the energy of everyone's heart. When we say “see” here, we mean more to sense, because it is an energy that comes through all the senses and beyond the 5 traditional human senses. 

We believe that human evolution is going in this direction and we are honoured to play our part in this. It will remove so much confusion and aggravation when we look at each other from a heart space communication. You will know exactly where the person’s intentions are coming from, all their behaviour will make sense in an instant and there will never be any room for manipulation and deceit. 

We will work with everyone of you, person by person, until we have achieved this. This is a big part of our mission. This will bring about such tenderness amongst strangers and unity amongst all nations, races, genders and cultures. We are so excited for you all for this day of equality to come.

How to begin communicating with your heart:

If you have someone to practice with we will instruct you in how to begin this evolution. For safety and your own comfort please start with a loved one, such as your child or a partner. We hope to see this practice ripple out through families and communities. Begin with your inner circle and organically move out from there. Never underestimate the beautiful ripple effect of your actions. Doing this practice frequently trains your heart to open and communicate in this way.

Sit across from each other and take a few long deep breaths.

Each of you visualise you are opening your heart chakra. 

See it open up like a giant rose shaped quartz crystal in the centre of your chest. 

See it shine out in all directions from both of your hearts filling the space around you with a bright shining crystal pink energy. 

Savour this. 

Then ask your heart to communicate love, joy, acceptance and compassion to the person sitting across from you. 

Sit there and embrace this moment of openly receiving this beautiful gift from your loved one.

Take a few long moments to soak it up.

This is a fair and even exchange. 

You give what you receive and this creates a magnificently powerful energy loop between the two of you. 

Bask in it for as long as you are both comfortable to do so. 

When you are done, draw your own energy back into your heart space.

See a ball of light around your body separating you from your companion.

This light is strong enough to keep your energy system sovereign, yet permeable enough to allow in another's heart energy when you choose.
